It's Snowing!

What an apt day for this release. Just as we see some snow here, Bugaboo brings out a bunch of Snowmen images.

These are for an ATC Swap we are having within the team. The backing panel are made using Pacific Point Card with Pacific Point ink sponged on the edges and then a SU Sparkling wheel rolled over the top.

Do you like this snowman? If so, you can have him as he's today's Friday Freebie. Check him, and the rest of the set, out over at the shop.

I'm entering these into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp ~ Let It Snow
Scrapbook Sisters ~ Let It Snow
Digital Tuesday ~ Let It Snow (with a digi)

Just wanted to share with you my swaps from the October swap over at ATC Swappers. Here are the 4 I got in the swap along with 2 RAKS for hosting. I've now been running these swaps for nearly two years and can't believe the response over the last couple of months. The number of participants and new swappers has really increased. I seriously appreciate the effort you all put into your work. I can't wait to see what next year, the THIRD one has in store.

My thanks go to
Ali, Jean, Kris
Andrea, Catherine LV, Debbie
This month we have a mega 12 Days of Christmas Swap where you make 12 identical ATCs and get a great selection back. If you are interested in joining in, head on over to blog at ATC SWAPPERS for all the details.

Witching Hour

Another Spooky Release today from BUGABOO. This time it's the fantastic A Kid's View range under the spotlight with this Witch. She is available as a Friday Freebie too.

Do you like the background? I made it using the Broomstick and Cauldron images from the Magical Tidbits set. I had a bit left over and so you can see it better if you look at the inside of the card below.

The sentiment was typed and punched.

And I also used the witch to create these 4 ATCs.

These are for Spyder's Halloween swap over at Cardmaking and Papercraft.

And please remembber, we are talkiing American Fridays here which is quite a bit later than us Brits so if it's not up yet, keep checking back.

Goofy Halloween Cats

Want to see some ATCs ready to be swapped? These are for ALI'S ATC SWAP STOP and they use today's NEW RELEASE from Bugaboo. The set is called Goofy Halloween Cats and you can see why.

There are cobwebs galore and a great 'Booger' Green as Rae Anne calls it. And speaking of Rae Anne, make sure you visit the Catch The Bug Blog to see more inspiration with this cat and see the rest of the DT's creations especially Rae Anne's backing paper - it's purr-fect!

Halloween Bobbleheads' Awesome Release

I can't begin to tell you how long I've been waiting to share the latest release from Bugaboo with you!
These are certainly some of the best Halloween images I've ever seen. They are from the Bobblehead range (a Christmas set has also been released). As it's Friday, there's a FRIDAY FREEBIE available. The Frankenstein's Monster is up for grabs.

I decided to use him to get ahead with my ATCs for ATC Swappers as next month is a Halloween theme. I was going to create a set of 4 with just him but then got carried away and printed off more images and these were the result:

Here's Dracula:

And a Mummy:

And finally a Ghost:

There's also a Witch, Princess and a Little Devil in the set to enjoy. The background was stamped with an Elzybells web stamp onto Pumpkin Pie cardstock. The sentiment was simply typed under the image before printing (the joys of working with digital images). Head on over to Bugaboo and check them out and pick up the freebie but please remember that all effort is put into the images being up in time but sometimes a delay may occur, just keep checking back and they will be there (they usually go up between 5pm - 6pm British time). While you're over there, check out the Monthly Club - in September you can get 20 images for $20 - that's about 60-70p each in our money! How cool is that?

If you like Halloween images and treat holders, make sure you check out my blog candy HERE. As it is nearing the end of the month and the draw will take place soon, I'm going to allow entries by simply commenting on the post - no need to copy the image and post on your own blogs - SIMPLY ONE COMMENT COULD WIN YOU LOADS OF THINGS!

I'm going to also enter these ATCs into Gingerloft's Happy Haunting Challenge. This is a new challenge to me and probably most people as this is only their second challenge.

Loads of ATC News

Firstly, here are my ATCs for the current September swap over at ATC SWAPPERS. The theme is Tea or Coffee Break. I have used this Coffee image from Bugaboo on mine.

The August Swap was a Sporting Summer theme and I posted these Golf ones I made a while back:

And what did I get in return? Well these fab ones:

Have these whetted your appetite? If so then head on over to ATC SWAPPERS for more details and maybe even join in with the TEA/COFFEE BREAK swap. The theme for October will be 'You've been BOO'ed' and is a spooky/Halloween theme. I have printed my images in readiness for that one!

____________________________________________________

And for some different news too!

Yesterday was Friday which meant it was Freebie Friday over at Bugaboo. Go check out the new Fall Collection from the A Kids View Range (and pick up the Free one while you're at it. If that wasn't enough, there was also some great news on a new concept:
A DIGISTAMP CLUB

That's right, there's now a digi stamp club run over at Bugaboo where you can get a bundle of images at a remarkable price. The usual price for a Bugaboo image is a rather reasonable $3. Well, the September Club Bundle comes with 20 images for £20 - yep, that's right, $1 each!!! Want to see them? Here they are (and no, it's not a choice, you really do get both bundles!):

If you are a fan of Bugaboo stamps and would like to win some images then please check out my Blog Candy Post at the top of my blog. Part of the prize is the ENTIRE GOOFY GHOST range! I have extended the deadline to allow people more time to create door hanger treat holders to enter the draw. Please check it out.

Sporting ATCs

No Halloween projects today but don't worry, there are more on the way soon. Remember to check out my Halloween themed candy HERE. You can win die cuts, 7 digi images, embellishments and be able to create your own treat/gift holders.

It's Thursday which means it's OBG DAY (Oldie But Goodie) over at Catch The Bug, the Challenge blog for Bugaboo Stamps. This is when the design team show some love to some of the older images from the Bugaboo.

Right now, the swap I'm running at ATC Swappers is a sports one. I've made some Golf ones for my swaps. I created these using my A Kids View (Men) Golfer from Bugaboo.

I created the background by using my Papertrey 'A Little Argyle' set. I am actually in Crete right now and so the end of the swap has been increased and there's still another week to go so you still have time to join in with this. Simply visit the ATC SWAPPERS blog for more details.

ATC Bundle

Another month has passed over at ATC Swappers and what a great month it was. It was an open theme so the variety was vast. Here are the 12 ATCs I now own in my collection. Normally we only swap 4 but this month was different and you were able to swap up to 3 sets of 4. Make sure you check out the blog to see the rest too.

Big thanks go to, in no particular order, (exactly as if you were X Factor contestants) Sue E, Catherine, Jan, Helene, Sue D, Andrea, Ali, Poppet, Julie and Angela.

This month we have a Sporting Summer theme and there's still plenty of time to join in as there's an extra week to get your ATCs in as I'll be away in Crete for the first week of September. Seeing some of these beach and sun ATCs are whetting my appetite already. So don't hesitate, get on over to the ATC SWAPPERS BLOG right now to find out more. HERE's a direct link to the current swap info post.

ATC Catch Up

I spent the day today catching up on my ATC Swaps for the month. ATC Swappers are having a bumper swap right now where the theme is 'Seeing Quadruple'. Make 4 identical ATCs and up to three sets. The first ones I made were the Surfer ones I showed the other day - go check them out! There's an optional 'Summer' Theme too and so I used this great Penguin image from Bugaboo. As well as the ATC Swappers swap, I am entering these into Allsorts' Summer Days challenge.

The third and final set for the ATC Swappers swap are these great froggie ones - again from Bugaboo. I am also entering these into Secret Crafter's Saturday Challenge where the theme is 'Summer Holidays'.

These three ATCs are for the Addicted to ATCs swap where the theme is 'Things With Wings'. This Bugaboo image is a new one and is called Bobblehead Angel. There's a whole collection of Christmassy imagewith these big bobble heads which are so coolnd cute which is why I'm entering them into Cute Card Thursday's 'Get a Head Start' which is a Christmas Challenge.

Hope you like all the ATCs. They are a great way of getting inspirion and seeing other people's work and owning some. So don't be scared if you haven't tried them before, find a swap and join in - it's so much fun!

Christmas in July with Bugaboo

IT's BUGABOO CHALLENGE TIME

Our theme this time is Christmas in July.
I haven't made a card this time, instead I've made a set of 6 ATCs. These will either be swapped or maybe even used as toppers on cards, I haven't decided yet.

I have used the Rudolph images from Bugaboo and there's a set of 7 of them. These are some o my fave Bugaboo images and are so (and easy to colour too which is always a plus at Christmas time when there's loads to do).

The colour combo is Soft Suede and Real Red from Stampin Up.

I like them all but I think my fave is this one with the stars. I really like the colouring on the super size bauble but can't remember whic colour Promarkers I used to achieve the shading. I know I repeated the colours on the tree below too.

So why not get into the Christmas spirit and get a head start on those Christmas cards? There's loads of prizes on offer too. Bizzy Becs is offering a $30 Gift Basket to one lucky participant. There's the usual Bugaboo images of your choice up for grabs and also a sponsor this time. And remember, use a Bugaboo digi and you'll earn two entries into the prize draw. So head on over to CATCH THE BUG and get all the details.

I'm also entering these ATCs into Fussy and Fancy's Christmas Challenge,

Digital Tuesday #66

The theme for the current challenge at Digital Tuesday is RED, WHITE and BLUE. I have created this set of ATCs which fit in here and also can be used for a swap. The image is from Bugaboo's A Kids View Summer range.

I'm also using these for my ATC Swap at ATC SWAPPERS as our theme is Seeing Quadruple (making sets of identical ATCs). If you are interested in swapping ATCs then please check us out.

I'm also entering these into Aly's Sunday Challenge which has a theme of Red, White or Blue or you can use a combo of all 3 like I have.

Cool Cat ATCs

The theme for this month's swap at Addicted to ATCs is 'Fashion' and so as I don't really have anything in my collection to suit, I had to be a bit more inventive. I thought about this cat image from Bugaboo and thought that he was a very fashionable kind of guy. He looks so trendy and cool.

I liked the colour scheme of the pop up card I made the other day and so kept it the same for these.
The sentiment was simply typed beneath the image to cement the 'fashion' theme.

Bugaboo New Release meets ATC Swappers

Now, I'm hitting two birds with one stone today! Being a Tuesday, it's time for a New Release from Bugaboo. Today's release is a set of Giraffe Themed Blocks. Aren't they so cool?

And being the first of the month, it's time to announce the June theme for ATC SWAPPERS:
ANIMAL ANTICS
What perfect timing!!! So, any animal themed ATCs will qualify this month. Head on over to the blog to get all the details or simply e-mail me at atcswappers@hotmail.co.uk for more info.

And do you remember the little tag book I made the other day? Well I had a go at altering the sizes to create smaller pockets to create a little ATC wallet. I wanted the smaller pockets so that they'd show more of the ATC - don't want to hide all the work!!!

Here's a pic of the cover:

And the book itself:

And the great thing about these is that the pages can be pulled out and a gallery effect achieved to display them:

Hi all. I'm back from my holidays but have been so busy catching up and working that I haven't made anything new yet but thought I'd show you my ATCs for my swap this month at ATC SWAPPERS. The theme this month is TALL TALES and I've used my Bugaboo Alice images on mine. Do you like them? If so, then why not head on over to the swap blog and join in because this month we have a giveaway. Jodie, the Bugaboo artist has kindly donated the Alice and Mad Hatter images to a randomly selected participant this month. Who won? And some ATCs

My first order of business this morning is to announce the winner of a Digi Image from Bugaboo from our Blog Hop at Catch The Bug. I used Random Org to select a number and the result was 40. So, the 40th person to comment with me was:
HAZEL
Congratulations Hazel. If you e-mail me and let me know which of the amazing Bugaboo images you'd like, then I'll sort it out for you.

The next thing I have to share with you is my collection of ATCs for the ATC SWAPPERS swap this month. I put up a sketch this month

and here's what I came up with. I've used one the Jesse Bear Angels from Bugaboo as my image.

If you'd like to join in with the swap then visit the blog HERE. We are always looking for new participants. It's a small fun swap with no obligations so why not have a nosey at ATC SWAPPERS and see what you think.

A load of ATCs

Today I've been catching up on my ATCs. I have made three lots altogether.

The first two sets are for ATC SWAPPERS (my swap, where we are always happy to welcome new swappers, visit the blog for more details). This month there are two themes 'Yellow and Black' and/or 'Red and Black'. Swappers can choose one of the themes or do both - I've made some for both!!!

The Yellow and Black ones are made using a Digi from the Greeting Farm's Chibi Range. I think these images are great and quite unique.

I've used Pink Petticoat's Frillie Millie for my Red and Black set. The doodling hasn't come out in the pic so they look a little bare here.

The final set are for Addicted to ATC swap. The theme is Spring Colours. I chose the colours from the colour pallette they have on the blog. The image is a Bugaboo reebie this week and came just in time. Visit HERE to get your own copy (there's also another freebie there of a boy with a football). I got a bit carried away here too. Forgot that the swap is for 3 ATCs and not 4!!! Oops. Anyway, means I get to keep one myself - but which one, a brown rabbit or a white one?
