Spinning Maya

I have finally made a spinner card. It has been something that has been on my to do list for such a long time. This was my first attempt at one. I have used my Happy Maya Stamp (available from La La Land Crafts).
I've used Pumpkin Pie Cardstock and Papers from Stampin Up and also used my new punches that I bought from SU too. The greeting is from the Elzybells clear set which is so useful because I could stamp it through the window perfectly. Here's a pic proving that she does move!!!
I enjoyed making it so much, I made a second one using Bashful Blue papers and Night of Navy Cardstock. This time I used my Nestabilities rather than the punches and so the spinning part is larger and shows more of Maya.
I really like this colour combo and think it gives a more masculine feeling to the card than the orange one. Maya has also returned to her Black and White roots after being so brown lately.

I'm now working on my third spinner card and it's a bigger version (in fact, it's twice the size of these ones and uses the whole of Maya).

If you like these La La Stamps as much as I do, then visit the website at La La Land Crafts as there is a special shipping other on right now. And while you are over there, why not visit the blog and possibly join in with the challenges!
